How can I make aware customers about the appointments?

You can request to send booking reminders to your customers before each appointment via text message or email. To update this setting go to your Profile. 

Menu > Profile > Company Details

Under Booking Reminders you can set your preferences. Here simply toggle Send an SMS/email reminder to your customer to yes. You can also set within how many hours before their appointment the customers should be informed.

What reminders do my clients get when booking through EasyBooking?

All clients who book through EasyBooking will receive email communications for any appointment requested and confirmed through EasyBooking. Additionally the customer can opt into receiving text messages regarding their appointments within 24 hours before each appointment.

Can I email my clients?

At this time you cannot email your clients on EasyBooking .  However, you can save your client’s email address in their profile, so when you need their email address you have it.  Simply add it to their profile and save.  You can also note which method of communication is preferred by your client so you know the best way to reach them.

How do I see upcoming appointments booked on EasyBooking?

You can see all your upcoming appointments from your account. Go to your Appointments page

Menu > Dashboard > Appointments

There you can see your upcoming appointments.

Appointments are sorted in order of appointment date and time. Status of the Appointments are also displayed, this is useful to see which appointments you still need to confirm.

How do I cancel or reschedule appointments for a specific client?

You can cancel an appointment from your account.

 Menu > Dashboard > Confirmed

Click on the cancel button then your appointment will be cancelled.

How do I search for an appointment?

To find a client go to your dashboard and search your appointments by the reference number, or use the advanced search to search for your appointments by reference number, customer name, date, customer email, telephone number, status.

How do I add or edit my location(s)?

To add or edit a location go to your Company Details page

Menu> Profile > Company Details

Under locations you will see the option to edit your locations. Remember to click save when you’re done.

Here you have given the facility to search for any location in the advanced search and add it as your location.

How do I manage my staff’s access to my EasyBooking account?

Your staff members can access to the account with their own email and password.

First they have to be added in the staff list in your account. Once the staff is added, he/she would receive an email with instructions on how the password can be set, and then the staff will be able to login into the system.

Can my staff set their own prices, deals, and off-peak pricing?

No your staff members cannot set their own prices, deals, and off-peak pricing. The service prices, deals are common for all staff.

How do I remove/add staff in my account?

You can remove/add an employee from your account by going to your Staff page.

Menu > Settings > Staff

To delete a staff member, simply go into the “Staff” page you can add any staff member you want or delete the staff member you want to remove.

Can I add breaks to my staff members?

To add break time to your staff members, visit Staff page.

Menu > Settings > Staff

Here under Breaks you can breaks for a certain staff member. Here you have the facility to set the staring time and the ending time of the break for the staff. You can delete the breaks you added any time you want.

Can I block the availability of the staff when they want some vacation?

To block the availability of the staff you can add time offs to the staff. Go to Staff page and select the staff member.

Menu > Settings > Staff

Under TIMEOFF you can add time off as you wish.

After clicking the Add Time Off button at the bottom of the page, a pop up will appear wherein you can add time off for a certain staff member with the starting date and the ending date. Please see the screenshot below:

Adding breaks for staff who already has appointments will affect yours company’s schedule. Please check your staff’s calendar before adding break for them.

How do I change the price of a service on my services menu?

You can always adjust the price(s) of any service on your services menu.

Menu > Settings > Staff

You can edit the service time and price here. Once you click the Update button your details are saved.

How do I set up my menu of services?

To add your services menu go to your Services Menu

Menu > Settings > Staff

You are able add a new service category by clicking the Add Service button at the top right corner. You can select the staff member who can provide the particular service.

Select which service you would like to offer by selecting a service category type. Here you can disable any services that you are unable to provide.

After your staff member is added you’ll have to assign them to the services they perform, you can do this in your Staff Menu.

Can I book appointments for my customer?

Yes, you can book appointments for you customer. All you have to do is click on the Book Appointment button on your dashboard, and start booking appointments for your customer.

Click on the Provider tile to select the staff member you are going to assign the service. Remember to click save when you’re done.

Managing your availability

How do I change my hours of availability?

To set your business hours go to the Business Hours.

Menu> Profile > Business Hours

Here you will see the option to edit your availability. You can edit your availability separately for each day. If you are going on vacation on a certain day, you can toggle the particular day to yes. Remember to click save when you’re done.

How do I block availability of my staff?

To block the availability of the staff you can add time offs to the staff. Go to Staff page and select the staff member.
